Garantie & Réparation
For any order of jewelry on our site, you benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects set by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code:
The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code): the professional seller must deliver goods that comply with the contract. Defects in the conformity of new jewelry which appear within 24 months of delivery of the item are presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code): the seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the jewelry sold which would make it unfit for use or which would reduce its use. This guarantee covers any purchase of a new or used product for 2 years.
If such a problem occurs, we will ask you to return the jewelry to us.
Upon receipt, a preliminary assessment of your jewelry will take place to identify the origin of the defect. This will be carried out by our Jewelry Experts and our Workshop Manager in order to cross-reference our expertise and analysis of the problem.
If this confirms that it is a defect or hidden defect, we will take care of the repair as well as the return of your jewelry. To prove our seriousness to you, we undertake to repair your jewelry free of charge in the event of a hidden defect or defect, if repair of the jewelry is possible.

2 years warranty
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Only manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty (clasp, loose stones, thread). Breakage, loss or damage that may result from an accident is not covered by the warranty.
